What to Expect
A sheet and blanket provide modest draping during the massage,
so you can wear whatever amount of clothing that makes you feel
comfortable

Massage or bodywork should not be construed as substitute for
medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Be sure to communicate your preferences to the massage
therapist before and during the massage regarding your goals for
massage and depth of pressure.

Massage can mobilize toxins and chemical by-products of muscle
spasm into the lymphatic system. To prevent post-massage
soreness, it is important to drink alot of water following bodywork to
better flush out these toxins
